Days on Market have Decreased

 

In March, the median days on market for sold properties in Jackson was 32, down from 45 in February. This decrease shows that there are motivated buyers out there who are willing to move quickly when they find a home they are truly interested in purchasing. Number of Properties Sold has Decreased

 

In March, there were 26 closed home sales in Jackson, down just one from 27 sales in February.
